What happens after I submit a request

If you haven't registered, after you submit a request you'll be sent an email. This email will contain a link so you can create a password. Once you set your password you can come back to the support page where you'll click the 'sign in' button.  Once signed in, click the arrow to the left of your name and choose my activities.

At any point in time, you can always respond to the confirmation email you get after submission with your ticket id as well.
