Add exception reporting in mobotour

The exception handler will send you an email with the scan points that were not completed.  This email will come at different intervals.  We are just getting started with the exception process and welcome your feedback. We will be incorporating start and stop times to go along with the hourly interval

  1. Log into mobotour with your account username and password
  2. Click ‘Exception Scheduler’ link on the left under the dashboard section
  3. Click the ‘Add’ button at the top right
  4. Enter the required fields designated by a red asterick to the right of the field
  5. Click the 'Submit' button


  • Name
  • Frequency (i.e. 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours)
    Select ‘Daily Report’ or ‘Frequency Report’
    Select the desired scan points
  • Select desired time zone
    Change DST to ‘Yes’
    Enter desired email address for ‘Report To’
    Enter desired ‘Subject’ criteria
    Enter desired ‘Body’ criteria
    Select ‘Start Date’
    Select ‘Schedule Report’
