Adding an email body to an incident alert immediate submission

We provide the option to immediately send a notification upon submission of an incident alert from the mobile device. We also call this an unstructured alert. Rather than have the mobile user choose the subject and body we provide those options to be preconfigured.  In addition CC can be added.  We like to remove any burden from the end user we can. 


  1. Log into the portal with your account username and password
  2. Navigate to the ’Alert Immediate Report’ link on the left under ‘Configuration’
  3. A screen will open
  4. Fill in all required fields which have a red asterisk to the right
  5. Click the 'Submit' button


  • Account = auto populated
  • Subject = subject of email sent
  • Body = body of email sent


  • CC = more than one person can be notified
