Tags are an advanced feature, however easy to set up. They require proper planning of how you want to segment and report on your data. They will enable flexibility, search and eventually workflow for data submitted.
- Log into the portal with your account username and password
- Navigate to the ’Tags’ link on the left under ‘Configuration’
- Click ‘Add’ at the top right of the screen
- Fill in all required fields which have a red asterisk to the right
- Click the 'submit' button
- Name = this is used segment data. could be the name of a location, area, customer, etc
