Adding activities(tasks) in mobotour

Activities will be changed to tasks in the near future. They allow you to quickly check off items are critical to your business and flow. 
  1. Log into the portal with your account username and password
  2. Navigate to the ’Activities’ link on the left under ‘Configuration’
  3. Click ‘Add’ at the top right of the screen
  4. Fill in all required fields which have a red asterisk to the right
  5. Click the 'submit' button



  • Activity Name =  this is what shows on reports
  • Account = auto fill
  • Activity Type = activity needed to be performed on the mobile device


  • Tags = *must be created*  - used for report data segmentation
  • Shift = we will be removing from the system
  • Personnel = used to logical separate activities for certain mobile users
  • Activity Description = This will inform the user what they should do
